Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To return an item, simply log into your account on our website or open your order confirmation and select the order you’d like to return. You can also email us at customerservice@inhabit.cc, and we’ll send you a return label with easy instructions.

In line with our mission to reduce our environmental footprint, we charge a small return fee of R100. You’ll be refunded in full, minus this fee. 

Please note: items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened packages of underwear or socks cannot be returned. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item directly in-store. If that’s not possible, you can email customerservice@inhabit.cc, where a team member will then send you further instructions. Once your return is approved, you’ll be able to either exchange it for a new product or have the value loaded onto a gift card for future use.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded either by EFT or on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 working days (21 days for international cards) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
