Do you offer free repairs?
Every pair of Nudie Jeans comes with a promise of free repairs. Nudie Jeans will repair any broken area of the jeans and you can repair them as many times as needed, no matter when or where they were bought.
Due to hygienic reasons, we will only accept freshly washed jeans.
What's the waiting time for repairs?
It depends on the current workload in each specific repair location. Kindly check with the store in advance, especially if it is time sensitive.
Can I get my Nudie Jeans hemmed for free?
Yes! As a part of our repair service, you can get your Nudie Jeans hemmed for free at a Nudie Jeans store. It doesn't matter when or where the jeans were bought and you don't need a receipt.
Due to hygienic reasons, we will only hem new or freshly washed jeans.
Can I send in my jeans for repair?
Unfortunately, we don't have a send in-option for repairs.
What we can do is send you a repair kit that you can take to your local tailor.
